3. Fees and Payment
Our fees are outlined in our agreement with you. We require payment in advance for all services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services. We also reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments.
4. Confidentiality
We will treat all information provided to us by you as confidential, and we will not disclose it to any third party without your consent. This includes information about your business, customers, and marketing strategies.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed by us in connection with our services will remain our property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use this intellectual property only for the purposes of our agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Thenhow.co will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate our agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any fees due for services provided up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our agreement will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
9. Amendments
We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by giving you written notice. Your continued use of our services following such notice will constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
10. Entire Agreement
Our agreement, together with these terms and conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between Thenhow.co and its clients. It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations between the parties.
